Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to process an order?

Order processing time varies based on items ordered and current stock. I have most items ready-made and in stock, though there are times when I have ordered more stock and am experiencing delays in receiving my product, which unfortunately means you will also experience delays. I will do what I can to get your items to you as soon as possible in the given circumstances.

What are your shipping policies?

I offer flat domestic shipping on most items in my shop. If a custom product is ordered, shipping will be based on the total weight of all items purchased.
International shipping is a flat $28 (with insurance) regardless of weight. I ship to all areas currently accepting packages from the United States. If your country is not accepting packages from the United States and you'd still like to order, please contact me before you place your order and we can try to work something out.

What if I'm international and want to combine orders to save shipping?

I offer international layaway--this lets you order when you want and combine those orders to maximize shipping. When you go to checkout and need to choose a shipping option, choose "International Layaway." You will not be charged shipping, but it will let us know that you want to combine orders.
When you make the order that will "complete" the orders you want shipped, choose the "International Shipping" option you want and we'll send out the package.

Can I track my package?

Absolutely! All packages come with tracking information. The tracking information will be emailed to the address your provided in your order as soon as the shipping label is created. Please make sure your address is correct to avoid issues with delivery.

What if I haven't received my package and it's been several weeks?

The USPS is currently experiencing severe delays due to worker shortages. All packages, domestic or international, may experience unavoidable shipping delays--please be mindful of this if ordering as a gift or other time-sensitive events.
If it has been more than a month and you haven't received your order, please contact me so that I can work to see what happened.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to limited stock numbers and limited batch sizes of watercolors I WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

Do you do custom projects?

Definitely! I love doing custom projects. Whether you'd like to collaborate on watercolors, commission art pieces or stickers, price murals or other large scale projects, or anything else you can think of, I'd LOVE to work with you! Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Absolutely! I'm happy to offer wholesale pricing on my stickers and washi tape. See chart below for pricing. If you'd like to order, please email me directly at [email protected] and I'll get you set up. Please note that prices below do not include shipping.
